Tell Government Investment Partners – do not renew the lease to Customs and Border Protection at 600 Colvin Woods Parkway in the Town of Tonawanda!
- This facility is used by CBP as part of mass deportation operations, and GIP, the private landlord, has the option to not renew the lease when it renews August 2, 2026. This facility is also where the officers who left Nurul Amin Shah Alam in the cold are based out of.

Tell the leadership of Ontario Specialty Contracting/Riverview Innovation Tech Campus – we want a renewable energy project at the industrial areas of the former Tonawanda Coke site, NOT a data center!
- While the project is currently on hold, Ontario Specialty Contracting (OSC) and their affiliate LLC Riverview Innovation Tech Campus (RITC) are still pursuing a 300MW data center at 3875 and 3821 River Road in the Town of Tonawanda. Send a letter now urging them to pivot their future planned use of the site to a renewable energy project, like solar and battery storage for the grid!
