Clean Air believes in grassroots leadership, democratic decision-making, and resident knowledge. Como tal, we rely on a strong, diverse membership base to power our movement. By becoming a Clean Air member, residents are empowered to make decisions about our campaigns, access advocacy and leadership trainings, and elect our Board of Directors. Our membership system ensures that the communities we work with are in control of the organization and the campaigns we choose, run, y ganar. Community members living in the City of Buffalo, the Tonawandas, Kenmore, and Grand Island are eligible to become Clean Air members. Individuals living outside of our membership area are encouraged to become Clean Air supporters. Clean Air supporters are welcome to participate in our events and actions, but are ineligible to make campaign decisions and elect our board.

After filling out our interest form and meeting with one of our organizers, you can finalize your Clean Air membership by making a one-time or monthly sustaining donation. Membership dues are based on an annual cycle, and there is no minimum dollar amount required to pay your membership dues.
